Admin Clerk
Salary S$2000-2500
Job scope Responsibilities:
• Provides general administrative support to project sites and Admin supervisor
• Data entry, filing of documents, preparation of reports and reply correspondences
• Assists with documentation of purchase orders
• Coordinating with suppliers and sites
• Attend to phone calls
• Ensuring office cleanliness
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the employer
• Monitor LOAs, subcontractor agreements for different project sites
Requirements Full Time

Basic Salary 底薪: $2000 - $2500
Working Days 工作日: 5 Days Work
Working Hours 工作时间: Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm
or 8.30am to 6pm

Requirements:
- ONLY SINGAPOREAN/ PR (due to insufficient quota).
- no experience required
- Good working attitude, Personality, teamwork
-proficiency in words, excel
