Procurement Project Admin 室内装修采购管理文员
Salary $1600 - $2000
Job scope (Interior Design Company)
§ Sourcing for Project Materials
§ Contact and liaises with supplier for Quote
§ Assist in Prepare of Project Quotation / PO / DO (Interior Design Industry)
§ Assist in the day-to-day operational matters
§ Control and manage filing of confidential and project documents
§ Handle correspondences including incoming mails, faxes etc
§ Draft memos, letters and other correspondences
§ Provide comprehensive and proactive admin support
§ Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements 室内装修采购管理文员 Procurement Project Admin @ Aljunied Area

Basic Salary: $1600 - $2000
Working Days: 5 Days Work
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
(If no project required, Sat will be Off)

Requirements:
采购管理文员职业要求: 必须懂得简单英文以客户沟通, 有至少一年的本地工作经验懂得处理 Quotation, P.O出货订单, D.O送货订单 和 Sales Invoices 销售发票。
- Min Diploma/Degree, Fresh Graduated in related fields are welcome
- Min. 1 Years of experiences as Purchaser, Procurement Admin, Project Admin and/or relevant field
- Must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin-Chinese as required to communicate with customers & supplier from oversea for Quotation
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Must be able to attend interview in Yishun & Aljunied (2x interview)
